Terms & Conditions


I provide workshops, courses, training, celebrant and ceremonial services (referred to in these terms and conditions as ‘events’) based on aspects of shamanism, Druidry and other spiritual paths.


Each event is shown with the cost for attendance on the relevant page of the website. In the case of ceremonies (e.g. handfastings, weddings, funerals etc) charges are based on the length, complexity and distance from my location. Where shown please use the ‘Pay Now’ button which takes payments via PayPal. If you wish to pay by bank transfer or by cheque please contact me via the contact form on this website and I will send you detais of how to do so.

Once a booking has been made with either the full fee or a deposit, your place is secure.  If you have paid by PayPal you will receive automated conformation from them.  If you have paid by bank transfer or cheque, please email me once you have submitted payment so that I can identify you. Further details of the event are usually sent approximately 10 days prior to the event’s start date.

For residential events all tuition, accommodation and food is included in the fee unless otherwise stated in the relevant page of the event.

Times, dates and venues: please refer to the relevant page of the event. Timings for the endings of some courses may vary.

Cancellation Policy

In order to make them accessible to anyone, all of my workshops events charges are as low as I can practicably make them, and therefore in most instances payment in full is required to book a place.

In rare cases where I need to charge a larger than usual amount I will accept deposits.  All deposits are NOT refundable, whether for a single stand-alone event or for a series of workshops/courses. Full or remaining fees are payable one month before a singular event’s start date.

If you cancel at any time UP TO one month before the event start date you will receive a refund less any deposit if there is one plus a charge of £10 to cover my administration costs.

There are no refunds for cancellation WITHIN one month of the of an event’s start date.

There are NO refunds of any event that runs over a series of module WITHIN 6 weeks of the start date irrespective of the reason for you being unable to attend.

All payments are non-transferrable to another individual, another event, or anther date for the same event. To avoid

Should you have any difficulty with fees please contact me in the first instance.

Should an event be cancelled by me, or the date of the event be changed subsequent to your booking a place,a full refund of all payments received will be made, less any unavoidable third-party fees.
