Join us for our 2018 Open Lammas Ceremony, where we will give thanks for the bounty of the time of year and recognise our own harvest in gentle and informal ceremony.
We will meet at the main Uffington White Horse car park at 1:30 pm on Saturday, 4th August 2018.
Bring wheat or wild grasses to help build John Barleycorn and join in our annual rendition of his song!
Afterwards, there will be a picnic where all are welcome. Bring food to share as well as song, stories, dance, drumming, or anything else that inspires you!
Saturday 5th May 2018, 7pm
East Lockinge, near Wantage
Come celebrate the turning of the wheel and the time of Beltaine, the greening of the wild and the time of the May blossom. Celebrate this time of rising sap, longer days, new growth and fertility.
Dress as the May Queen or the Green Man, or simply come as you are as we share this time of joy, laughter, and rising energy. Bring offerings to the spirits of place and a sense of wonder for all of nature’s gifts.
The ceremony will be held in a fairly large and beautifully wild private garden with a fire pit and a labyrinth. There will be an open fire, so small children need to be supervised at all times. Please contact me via my website or message me on Facebook to arrange a place as space is limited. The exact location will be provided when your place is confirmed. There is no charge for attending.
Imbolc Open Ceremony
Saturday 3rd February 2018 1:30pm
Open ceremony to honour and celebrate the time of Imbolc. Gather at Ardington Woods car park near Wantage at 1:30pm and process to Ardington Millenium Stones for 2pm start.
We will honour the first tentative signs of spring – as the sap imperceptibly begins to rise the first tender new shoots and buds appear, snowdrops push through the still cold mud of the land and nature begins to stir after the cold dark months of winter. Now is the time for us to nurture those seed thoughts we have held and tended through the dark months – we will spend time recognising how we have coped through the winter months and how our seeds of intention have fared; we will honour the quietly rising tide of spring and spend time honouring this time of the ancient goddess Brigid, goddess of birth, of poetry and of the flame.
Please bring biodegradable offerings to the spirits of place, a small candle, drums, rattles, and deep respect.
Offerings of bread and mead (or similar) for the ceremony gratefully received! All welcome.
Car park is to the east of the road from the A417 to East Lockinge, opposite School Road

An Introduction to Shamanism
February 17th 2018 9:30pm – 5:30pm. Court Hill Centre near Wantage
A one day basic course covering what shamanism is, how to journey, the three shamanic worlds, finding our own power animal and some basic shamanic healing techniques.
Based on core shamanic methods, this workshop will form a strong foundation for further exploration of shamanism and is a vital part of ensuring you have a good, strong relationship with your spirit guides and animal helpers from the beginning of your explorations. The day will be participative and fun as well as opening doorways into the spirit world as you learn to journey safely and effectively.

The 2017 UK Shamanic Gathering is between the 13th-17th September, and this year I’m holding a workshop there. But don’t let that put you off! It’s a wonderful occasion set in rural Somerset close to Glastonbury with beautiful people. It would be great to see you there.
